1. Bookings can be done by email. Booking status will be informed immediately by return email. All bookings are confirmed subject to receipt of 25% payment in advance.

2. Until the payment is received in advance, all bookings will be treated as provisional and the same will be released to other booking that guarantees payment.

3. No refund is done for cancellation of booking less than 7 days before arrival.
